The Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting and selling our medical products and services to healthcare professionals. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who can build strong relationships with customers and drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.

 

Responsibilities:

l Provide technical and clinical leadership during the sales process by demonstrating the full range of product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers as needed.

l Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education on optimization of equipment utilization by customers.

l Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and promotion as well as customer training.

l Use market and product knowledge to assist the sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies.

l Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs. If also taking on team leadership role responsibilities also include: Facilitate team communication and the sharing of best practices.

l Act as a mentor to the field team, providing clinical, technical and professional guidance as necessary to improve the customer experience.

l Communicate with Sales and Application Leaders to align application activities with sales needs and business objectives.

l Communicate with local Applications Specialists and Account Managers to ensure all customer and business needs are met Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets, with a focus on achieving a minimum revenue of 20 crores.

l Establish a strong market presence in every state across India, identifying key growth opportunities and potential clients.

l Drive the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract closure, consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

l Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's medical device product portfolio and stay updated with industry trends and advancements.

l Strong network within the medical industry, including healthcare professionals and institutions.

l Strong sales and negotiation skills.

l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

l Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

l Good understanding of market research and analysis.

l Familiarity with various marketing channels and techniques.

l Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.

l The analytical and data-driven mindset to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

l Strong presentation and public speaking skills.

l Adaptability and willingness to travel extensively.

l Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.

l Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

l Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.

l Cultural sensitivity and awareness when working with diverse international clients.
