Position: Project Coordinator
Qualification: B. Tech / Civil Engineer (Good Command on English Language)
Job Location: Vadodara.
Construction project coordinators plan, organize, and direct the activities of a construction project, under the direction of a general manager. You work on-site most of the time, looking after the day-to-day responsibilities. You may work for construction departments of companies outside the construction industry.
Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
· Prepare contracts and negotiate changes to contracts with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
· Develop and implement quality control programs.
· Prepare progress reports for clients.
· Manage the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions.
· Assist the project manager in the development of project management documents such as budgets, project schedules, scope statements and plans
· Execute project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, among other financial documents
· Supervise the procurement process
· Meeting with clients to assess their needs and define requirements acceptance criteria and timelines
· Coordinate the allocation of resources to ensure the team has what’s needed at the right time
· Assign tasks to team members and help them understand what’s expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables
· Be the liaison between the project team and project clients throughout the project life cycle
· Help project managers monitor project progress and team members’ performance and provide updates to project stakeholders
· Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports
· Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables.
