Job Requirement 

•  -         Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Engineering or related field or equivalent experience is required
• -          A Minimum 5 years of experience in a role of production manager in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
• -          Proficiency in MS Office software’s (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook)
• -          Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide employee development.
• -          Effective communication skills, both interpersonal and written.
• -          Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
• -          Plastic manufacturing experience a plus

• Responsibilities
• -          Responsible for the safe and efficient day to day operation of the injection and blow moulding departments.
• -          Provide leadership to all shifts to ensure fair and consistent application of processes and procedures are administered in all shifts.
• -          Ensure that production schedules are met by deploying appropriate resources while managing labour costs to productivity standards set for the production department.
• -          Monitor process line, manufacturing machine, auxiliary machine’s performance, and should prepare and implement their preventive(improvement) programs periodically.
• -          Initiate corrective/preventive and continuous improvement opportunity through defined/document channels.
• -          Responsible for generating the requisition of spares required for prevention and maintenance programs and monitoring their implementation.
• -          Conduct the training program for newer machine operators, Supervisor or helper and monitor their performance, set coating and share feedback to the reporting head.
• -          Communicate regularly with plant personnel to maintain a high level of morale.
• -          Work closely with the plant head to ensure plant procedures are followed and monitored for process accordance & effectiveness.
