The Opportunity:

We are looking for a skilled Node.js developer to join dynamic team. As a Node.js developer you will be responsible for developing server-side logic, defining and maintaining the central database and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating front-end elements into the application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js

• Build reusable code and libraries for future use

• Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability

• Implement security and data protection measures

• Design and implement data storage solutions

• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic

• Work closely with the team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in web development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Node.js development

• Proficiency in server-side programming with Node.js and Express.js

• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB

• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

• Experience with automated testing frameworks

• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
