IT Support Specialist

. 1 ERP Support:

  • Troubleshoot ERP software issues
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and analytics
  • Coordinate with ERP vendors for support and updates
  • Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical issues related to ERP software.
  • System Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as backups and updates.
  • User Support: Assisting end-users with ERP-related queries and issues.
  • Configuration and Customization: Configuring and customizing ERP systems to meet business requirements.
  • Data Management: Managing data integrity, security, and backups.
  • Integration: Integrating ERP with other systems and third-party applications.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Testing ERP systems to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Documentation and Training: Creating documentation and providing training to end-users.
  • System Upgrades and Implementation: Upgrading and implementing new ERP systems.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinating with ERP vendors for support, updates, and issues.

 

2. Biometric Attendance Support: 

  • Install, configure, and maintain biometric attendance machines
  • Troubleshoot issues with fingerprint scanners and facial recognition software
  • Ensure accurate attendance tracking and reporting

 

3. CCTV Camera Support:

   

  • Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras and recording systems
  • Ensure camera coverage and visibility
  • Troubleshoot issues with camera connectivity and footage quality

 

4. Hardware Maintenance Support:

  • Repair and maintain computer hardware, laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, like cleaning and updating software
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues, like network connectivity and printer problems

 

5. Network Support

  • Ensure network connectivity and stability
  • Troubleshoot internet and Wi-Fi issues
  • Configure network settings and permissions

 

6. Software Support:

  • Assist with software installation, updates, and troubleshooting
  • Ensure software compliance and licensing
  • Coordinate with software vendors for support and updates

Key Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with different software, hardware, and systems
  • Basic computer networking knowledge
  • Familiarity with ERP software, biometric attendance systems, and CCTV cameras
