Front Desk Executive
FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE-
Front Desk will oversee the front desk operations of our centre, ensuring a high level of customer service and operational efficiency. This role involves managing a team of front desk staff, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with various departments to ensure a smooth daily operation.
· Supervise and manage front desk staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
· Ensure the front desk area is well-maintained, organized, and welcoming to clients and visitors.
· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently.
· Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
· · Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
· Manage and resolve conflicts or issues that arise at the front desk.
· Oversee the check-in/check-out process for clients and ensure accuracy in billing and record-keeping.
· Coordinate and communicate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
· Prepare and maintain reports related to front desk activities and performance.
