Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to promote SMC GRP Panel Tanks in specified markets by meeting Architects, MEP Consultants, Project Management Consultants ( PMC)
Fire Fighting Consultants, Builders & Developers, Private & Government Contractors,( MEP Head, Engineering Head, Project Head, Utility Head in Organisations )
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential opportunities for growth.
Sales Forecasting: Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, providing regular updates to senior management.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of SMC GRP panel tank and related technologies to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders as needed.
Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer specifications and requirements are met.
Reporting: Generate periodic sales reports, analysing performance trends and suggesting improvements.
Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for new sales staff and ongoing training for existing staff on product features and selling techniques.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 2 - 5 years of sales experience in the water storage solutions or construction materials industry, with at least 1 year in a management role.
Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of GRP panel tanks and related environmental technologies.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to clients and stakeholders.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and market trends.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
Travel: Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
