Roles and Responsibility:

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
• Periodically conduct face-to-face meetings with potential franchisees to establish a personal connection and discuss franchise opportunities.
• Conclude transactions through in-person visits, ensuring a personalized touch for finalizing successful deals.
• Attract and persuade new distributors and franchisees to join our network through effective communication and negotiation.
• Assist with store layout and design during the initial integration phase for optimal functionality and aesthetics.
