Responsibilities:

Interpreting project briefs and meeting with Clients, Engineers, Project Managers to ensure all blueprints and technical drawings are completed to specifications.

n Producing rough sketches and using CAD software to prepare detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints with a keen eye for precision.

n Visiting sites to gather information, and determine limitations and feasibility of designs.

n Updating software, drawings, and other documents.

n Remaining professional when feedback is delivered, and implementing any changes to drafts as soon as possible.

n Ensuring drawings are compliant with building regulations and engineering principles and are submitted well in time/ per the shared timelines.

n Communicating potential design issues as per the requirement and conducting research when required.

n Any other responsibility if found necessary by the management in due course would also be included.

n Taking lead and ownership in Execution & Closure of allocated Job Task/ Responsibilities, Management of allocated resources, Adhering timelines for execution of work so as to have the best productivity, Taking initiatives for the newer task will be vital.
